A wind sculpture in downtown Tallahassee, it's tucked in a tiny park behind the City Hall. I walked through that area many times but never noticed it until now.

ReplyDeleteThe park is right across from Kleiman Plaza... I had to maneuver the shot to not get that apartment building on the right/ the new finished recently...
